type='text'>making enzymes</title><summary type='text'>材料：5公升的plastic bottle一個雜項水果供900公克(越多種水果越好)Raw honey300公克(如果找不到可問我)3公升的過濾水(一定要用過濾水，開水也不能)步驟：1. 先把買回來的水果ozoned 過2. 能去皮的水果就去皮，如火龍果，鳳梨。3.將各種水果切成一小個，以便能放進plastic bottle內。4.這時將300公克Raw Honey 放進裝好3公升過濾水的plastic bottel。5.之后再將900公克的水果放進入步驟4。6.步驟完成。注意事項：發酵時間3個月。在第一個月時，每一天务必要開plastic bottel至少一次。如果氣多就多開幾次無所胃，否則plastic 都不盡相同，任何油類只要達到冒煙點以上，就會開始變質，甚至起火燃燒。所以我鼓勵大家不管炒什麼都加一點水來炒，因為水分會將溫度拉低到一百度左右。我把這種加點水來炒的炒法稱之為「水炒」。大多數油類的冒煙點都在一百度以上，所以炒菜時只要能把溫度控制在一百度，油就不會變質，吃了也不會有害。很多液態植物油，例如菜籽油和葵花油，冒煙點都在 107 type='text'>你吃醋嗎？吃醋要吃好醋，吃好醋對身體好處多多!大家一起來從日常生活中，正確認識它!何謂好醋？明朝李時珍本草綱目記載，醋可消痛腫、殺邪毒、理諸藥。日本著名中山貞雄博士研究，醋有助於淨化血液、除口臭、健胃、整腸、防腐殺菌、防鈣質流失、改善心血管慢性病…等，然而，是不是所有的醋，都具備有上述特質呢？答案是否定的，因為並非所有的醋都是天然純釀好醋。　 首先我們從他的釀製過程簡單加以分類，很快就可得知其中有相當大的差異性：　 第一種是天然純釀醋，依古老傳統製法，需經長時間自然發酵釀製，包括所用原料，如米、麥、高梁、葡萄等，必須無施加化學肥料，釀製過程，亦完全無人工添加物。製成後含有豐富胺基酸、礦物質、酵素、醋酸活菌等天然營養成分，俗稱有機活醋。　 第二種是合成醋，同樣以基本原料，添加其他化學配方(如冰醋酸等)，加速催化其發酵釀製過程，所採用之原料無需特別講究，即可以低廉成本大量快速生產;</summary><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml'
